I’ve gambled online for over 20 years now and with countless casinos. This one is hands down the worst when it comes to speaking with agent and withdrawals are nearly impossible. Uploaded documents which were verified then attempted to make a withdrawal and it wouldn’t allow me to do so stating I need to have documents verified which they already were. Had to wait an extra day until I could in fact make a withdrawal. In there terms and conditions they say withdrawals will pass the pending stage at midnight GMT time but mines has been pending for days now. I have attempted to reach out for support via email and chat and once in a while days later I receive a generic response that doesn’t clarify anything other than miraculously they seem to be doing much more withdrawals than normal… (I’ve seen this song and dance before). It’s just a stalling technique used by poorly run casinos in hopes a player with reverse a withdrawal and have you play through it to avoid paying out. I’m assuming this casino is facing major financial hardship due to their lack of ability to pay out. Amount I’m waiting on is $5,000.00.

Their withdrawal process sucks! Disappointed first experience.

This is my first time with them. If they are really concern with players responsible gaming thing then they should make it as hard as making deposit as withdrawal process. It was the worst experience!
If you want an absolute satisfying quick withdrawal. They would require you to upload documents before allowing you to request to withdraw then it is taking them foreweewever to review a single document!. BETTY CASINO IS THE BEST SO FAR!

STOLE MONEY

I made a deposit of 10$ and it didn’t appear on my account.
I wrote to them and never received answer.
The transfer application sent me a message that the website redeemed me the money, but never receive. Since that, everytime I’m looking to talk to an agent the chat close,change the agent, left me on read, and at the end…. Never received the balance of it either in my slotsmagic account , either in my bank account.

Don’t recommend this site , they stole my money .

They owe me $1225.35 and will not send it to me. I self excused myself because I have a gambling addiction. My verification page said no need to upload documents so I felt it safe to do so. Then the requested my drivers license my utility bill and my bank statement
NOW they want to know my beneficiary.
I refuse to give them that information.
Do not play on their site if you win you’ll never get your money from them

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs worst casino ever. They have a live chat, which is just a bot that says they will get back to you in 6 hours, they never do. customer service non existent. try to withdraw but says needs documents, but doesn't tell you which documents. a scam that should be shut down. do not under any circumstances deposit on any of their sites, slotsmagic, genting, playmillions, do your research and avoid them all.

upon creating account, no bonus that they advertise on new accounts, just didn't receive it.

The slots freeze and have a slight delay when spinning.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I always ask about account verification before I deposit so we agreed on my birth certificate and bank card along with utility bill . So I sent it off via email deposited and won 3grand on monopoly big event . So I withdrawad and surprise surprise my Id was not accepted . After 2 week of phoning them up I did get the money off them but still account not verified . Closed now won't use again be carefully to play ojo are the same company !

Probably the worst site I have ever…

Probably the worst site I have ever come across and the worst customer service I have encountered. They are refusing to let me withdraw my winnings because of some bonus I didn’t even opt in for. To make matters worse the site clearly says the bonus is still in tact and that my real balance is £461. Furthermore, the wagering amount is criminal so it’s really a lose lose situation. A dreadful scamming site and I’ve reported them to resolver. Everyone should spread the word about this awful site and all its partners.

Why is no one responding to my request…

Why is no one responding to my request to cancel an active bonus that I don’t want/have not used?
I cannot withdraw as keep getting an error message. Every time I spend the money won goes into the bonus funds. I just want out and to walk away with my cash deposit.

Don't verify your account until you want to withdrawl. I find it paid more often. Now my deposits get eaten up and hardly win

I have to say the promotion they have are the best.. The most I won was about $500 and I verified my account. It was the weekend and you can only withdrawl weekdays if you do on a weekend they don't count lol. After I verified my account, I don't win. So So I started depositing less. I'm still sitting at level 8 and I've had this almost a year. I would deposit alot on here. Now my go to is jackpot city
